Terms of Service

By accessing or using My12AppTesters (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including developers who list apps ("App Owners") and users who participate as testers ("Testers").

My12AppTesters is a community-driven platform that helps Android developers obtain the 12 testers required by Google Play's closed testing program within 14 days.

The Service operates on a test-for-test model: users earn credits by testing other apps and spend credits to have their own apps tested. Credits may also be purchased directly.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Google account or email address to register
• Provide accurate and complete information at registration
• Maintain the security of your account and password

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

As a Tester

• You must install the app you committed to test via the Google Play opt-in link provided.
• You must check in daily for the required number of days (typically 14 consecutive days) to validate your participation.
• Check-ins must be performed genuinely. Automated, scripted, or fraudulent check-ins are strictly prohibited.
• You must keep the app installed throughout the testing period. Uninstalling before the period ends may invalidate your participation.

As an App Owner

• Your app must be a legitimate Android application listed on Google Play.
• You must keep your Google Play opt-in link valid and accessible throughout the testing period.
• You must not submit apps containing malware, spyware, or content that violates Google Play policies.

Credits

• Credits are the in-platform currency used to publish your app for testing.
• Credits can be earned by completing testing engagements or purchased via Stripe.
• Credits have no monetary value outside the platform and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.

Purchases

• All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• All sales are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance.

Subscription Plans

• Plan upgrades grant additional benefits such as increased credit allowances and priority listing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings or by contacting support.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to artificially earn credits or game the platform
• Submit fake or fraudulent reviews or check-ins
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• List applications that contain malware, adware, or violate Google Play / applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform
• Attempt to circumvent any security measure or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

The Service, including its design, logo, text, and code, is owned by My12AppTesters and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By submitting content (app listings, reviews, screenshots), you grant My12AppTesters a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within the Service for operational purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. We will not sell your app data or reviews to third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• You will obtain exactly 12 testers within 14 days (results depend on community activity)
• Google Play Store policies or requirements will not change

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My12AppTesters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings screen. Deletion is permanent and will erase all your data, including credits and testing history.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. In cases of termination for cause (rule violation), no refund will be issued for purchased credits.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, when changes are material, notify users via email or in-app notification.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through applicable legal processes.
